Swirl-cone ice cream (American) with creamy flavor. For all types of ice cream machines, very frozen, without airing. Prepared ice cream is characterized by a delicate, creamy consistency, and a strong creamy taste.
Directions for use: Mix 2.5 kg of ice cream powder with 5 l of cold, drinking water using a whisk, or a mixer. Place the mixture in a cool place for 20 minutes, then stir it again, and pour it into the ice cream machine’s tank, straining through a fine sieve.
